Episode 4: On Socks, Knitwear Design and Yarn Blindness

Thanks for listening to my latest podcast! Please join my Ravelry group to check out a recipe I have posted as a small little Christmas gift: Devin's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup.  World Famous. Or at least famous among my family and the sick people I have brought it to over the years. I hope you enjoy it!  Also, introduce yourself in the "Hello" thread - I would love to hear from you!

  2. Oops where did it go?
I think I deleted my post....
Love your podcast.... I must try toe up socks.. I have never yet....
The pom-poms hugging picture is precious!
I have a pair of socks I am knitting that look 👀 tooooo large... I'm now convinced I must frog 🐸 them (why is this such a ridiculously hard decision)? Ahhhhhh
Merry Christmas...hold your babies tight.... they grow up incredibly fast.
I'll be looking forward to hearing you in the new year.

  3. I am really enjoying these podcasts, thanks! Best wishes to all for the holidays and for a bright new year.

  4. Oh Harry Potter! If your daughter, A, is a fan then you have to make her the Hermione's Cable and Eyelet hat! It's a free pattern and is a very good interpretation of the hat Hermione wears in the Half Blood Prince movie. And also it's a great pattern to knit.

I am a DPN gal too! So glad the sock bug is getting you! You will have so much fun making neat socks. I'll be looking forward to seeing those manly socks soon.
