I'm Devin, an independent knitwear designer and small shop owner. You can find my weekly podcast on YouTube!

Who is in charge of yarn dyeing, designing patterns, email support, product development, inventory, supply buying, and shipping?
Me! So if it takes a few days to get a response from me, please be patient. But if it takes TOO long, I probably lost your email in my inbox. Feel free to email me again!! ;)
How do your monthly yarn clubs work?
Each year I do new clubs, and in 2026 weeks have two: A Year of Hats and The Blanket Club. The way to join in on a year’s clubs is to purchase them on December 1st of the previous year. This is a subscription, so you are automatically billed monthly on the 1st of the month, and your yarn is shipped around the 15th for the next month so you can cast on before the month starts! No one likes to feel behind. 😉
In A Year of Hats, you receive a skein of yarn, hat pattern suggestions (knitting and crochet, some free and some paid) and either a tag or a pom-pom. Each month the yarn is different! This is a great option for someone who likes to knit hats and try out all the yarn and all the colors.
In The Blanket Club, you choose a blanket pattern and receive five 20g minis of Dubrovnik DK each month to incorporate into your chosen blanket. The colors are themed for the month and look great together!
The 2027 Clubs will be available to purchase on December 1, 2026 at noon EST! Next year we will be bringing back the League of Extraordinary Sock Knitters and a new club called SSP, or Single Skein Project. More details to come!
How do I get in on the yarn clubs mid year?
There are always cancellations, so any openings will go on the website on the 2nd of the month at noon EST.
How do I cancel my yarn club?
Well, on your end, I’m not exactly sure, but some people have been able to figure it out. Or you can send me an email and I can easily do it for you!
When can I expect my order to ship?
If I have your yarn in stock, it will ship in 1-2 days. If not, I will dye it just for you which takes 1-2 weeks.
The Blanket Club and A Year of Hats ship around the 15th of the month for the following month. (For example, July’s club will ship around June 15th.) Advent calendars ship mid-November.
How much is shipping within the US?

How much is shipping to Canada?
This has gone up as of January 26, 2026 due to rising shipping costs! I apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

How much is International shipping?
It depends on where you are in the world and how much the package weighs.
Wait a minute… did the yarn options change?
Yes! Thanks for noticing. Previously, I had the yarn listed as either “in stock” or “pre-order,” so that you could know how long it would take to receive it. But it was confusing and too complicated. Too many choices, so now everything is listed only once. It won’t take too long to get it - I promise.
What happens if I am unsatisfied with my order?
Contact me at devin@knittymcpurly.com telling me what went wrong and we will see what we can do to fix it. I want you to be overjoyed with your new treasures! Any yarn can be returned as long as it is still in its original skein.
If I forgot to use the discount code, can you give me a refund?
Of course. I want you to be happy with your purchase and what you paid for it!
Can I import my Knitty McPurly pattern into my Ravelry library?
Not that I know of. As far as I can see, Ravelry doesn't allow you to import patterns. If you choose to use my patterns anyway, create a folder on your hard drive in which to store them. This is what I do for PDF sewing patterns and it works great!
What if I accidentally deleted my PDF pattern email/can't open my PDF/have some other problem with my PDF?
Send me an email, I will help you solve it. I have never had a problem be unsolvable! We can fix it!!!
